We work with growing companies to source and place experienced professionals across administrative support, customer service, sales development, project coordination, and other remote functions.

Meet Our Founders

At Citrus Teams, our founders bring a mix of diverse experiences, shared passion, and a strong commitment to connecting talented professionals from Pakistan with businesses in the U.S. The journey began when Ali moved to the U.S. two years ago and saw a gap in the market for reliable offshore talent. With this insight, he, along with Ahsan, Muaz, and Anas, co-founded Citrus Teams to help U.S. businesses access top-notch talent from Pakistan while offering skilled professionals in Pakistan meaningful opportunities.

Ali

Ali’s journey took him from sales to entrepreneurship, and two years ago, he packed up his bags and moved to the U.S. He saw firsthand how businesses were struggling to find reliable offshore talent, so he decided to do something about it. Now, as a co-founder of Citrus Teams, Ali combines his experience in sales with a love for solving problems. When he’s not working on business growth, you’ll find him hiking in nature, exploring new business ideas, or relaxing with his family (preferably with a cup of coffee in hand).

Ahsan

Ahsan is the go-to person for making connections and driving sales at Citrus Teams. As the Sales Director, he spends his days building relationships and making sure clients get the best talent for their needs. When he’s not in meetings, Ahsan is likely conquering the latest video game, hitting the gym, or trying something new and adventurous. He loves learning about people, so whether it’s striking up a conversation or exploring a new hobby, Ahsan’s always ready for a challenge.

Muaz is driven by strategic thinking and problem-solving. As the CFO, his role is to ensure financial stability and growth for Citrus Teams. He enjoys analyzing data, exploring new cultures through travel, and is passionate about creating opportunities for talented individuals. Muaz believes in empowering people through meaningful work and is always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
